13 Dec 2009 metrics is an experimental data server and client graphing framework. This project aims at a number of goals: (1) to develop a tool for visualizing and analyzing quantitative data, especially related to the economy, (2) to explore the new possibilities with JavaScript and HTML 5's canvas element, and (3) to build a general-purpose data server that can read source files of various formats that are increasingly available through public sources.
